Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Who we are

Codolla Skills Lab is the training programme of Codolla Studio. These terms apply when you create an account or enrol in a course.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for anything done through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared — course access is for one named student.

3. Enrolment

An enrolment is confirmed only when we have verified your payment. Creating an enrolment reserves your seat for the period shown on screen; if payment is not completed within that window the seat is released and offered to someone else.

Seats are limited. Where a cohort is full you may join the waiting list, which does not guarantee a place.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in Ghana Cedis on each course and cohort page and include everything needed to take the course. Payment is taken through Hubtel by Mobile Money or card. Where a payment plan is offered, access begins once the first payment clears and continues provided the remaining payments are made when due.

5. Classes

Classes run live at the times published for your cohort. We may occasionally move a session; we will tell you as far in advance as we can. If we cancel a session outright we will either reschedule it or refund a fair share of the fee.

Meeting links are for enrolled students only. Sharing a link, recording a class without permission, or redistributing course materials may end your enrolment without a refund.

6. Your work

You own what you create. By submitting work you allow us to store it, review it and show it to your instructor for the purpose of teaching you. We will ask before using your work as an example.

7. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you meet the attendance and progress thresholds published on your course page and your fee is paid in full. A certificate confirms that you completed the course; it is not an academic qualification. We may revoke a certificate obtained dishonestly.

8. Conduct

Treat instructors and other students with respect. Harassment, plagiarism or disruption may end your enrolment without a refund.

9. Changes

We may update course content, instructors or schedules to keep material current. We will not make a change that materially reduces what you paid for without offering you a refund.

10. Liability

We deliver the course with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee a particular career outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
