Codolla Skills Lab is the training arm of Codolla Studio.

Codolla Studio builds digital products for clients across Ghana. Skills Lab exists because we kept meeting bright people who had the aptitude but no practical route in — graduates who had studied theory for four years and never shipped anything.

So we teach the way we work: small groups, face-to-face classes, a real brief, and honest feedback. Courses last four weeks because momentum matters more than syllabus length, and they are taught face to face at USTED Campus in Kumasi — with a live online cohort at the same times for anyone who cannot get there.

Software Engineer

Agyei Albert is the CEO of Codolla Studio. An IT consultant and digital strategist with more than ten years of experience, Albert delivers technology-driven solutions across diverse industries, with expertise in digital transformation, web and mobile application development, DevOps, cloud computing, IT infrastructure and strategic consultancy. Most recently, Agyei Albert served as Lead Digital Consultant on the Digitalize for Jobs (D4J) project with the Ghana Enterprises Agency and Invest for Jobs, leading a nationwide digital transformation strategy for SMEs with a focus on inclusivity for businesses led by persons with disabilities. Albert is recognised for aligning technology with business strategy to achieve measurable growth, efficiency and scalability.
