Codolla Skills Lab is the training arm of Codolla Studio.
Codolla Studio builds digital products for clients across Ghana. Skills Lab exists because we kept meeting bright people who had the aptitude but no practical route in — graduates who had studied theory for four years and never shipped anything.
So we teach the way we work: small groups, live sessions, a real brief, and honest feedback. Courses are short because momentum matters more than syllabus length, and they are online because a student in Tamale should have the same access as one in Accra.
