    Pick a course and a cohort

    Every cohort has fixed dates, fixed class times and a limited number of seats.

    Register and pay with Mobile Money

    Enrol on your phone in a few minutes. Your seat is held while you pay.

    Come to class, or join online

    Two three-hour evening classes a week for four weeks, at USTED Campus in Kumasi or live on Google Meet. Your dashboard shows the time, the venue or the Join button.

    Build and submit real work

    Every module ends in something you make. Your instructor reviews it and tells you what to fix.

    Track your progress

    Attendance, lessons and assignments roll into one figure so you always know where you stand.

    Finish with a project and a certificate

    Meet the attendance and progress thresholds and your certificate is issued automatically.

Common questions

How do I enrol?
Choose a course, pick a cohort with seats available, create an account and pay. The whole process takes a few minutes and works on a phone.
What happens if a cohort is full?
Join the waiting list. If someone withdraws we contact the next person in the queue, and you get a fixed window to claim the place before it moves on.
Can I move to a different cohort?
Yes, if the cohort you want has room and it has not already started. Contact support and we will move you.
How do I pay?
By Mobile Money — MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo — or by debit or credit card, through Hubtel. You will get a prompt on your phone to approve the payment.
Can I pay in instalments?
On cohorts that offer a payment plan, yes. You will see the options at checkout, typically a deposit followed by one or two further payments. You get access as soon as the first payment clears.
My payment failed. Have I lost my place?
No. A failed payment leaves your enrolment pending and your seat held for the reservation period shown on screen. Retry from your dashboard — you do not need to fill in the form again.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you can download or print it from your dashboard at any time.
Where are the classes held?
Face-to-face classes are at USTED Campus in Kumasi; come a few minutes early to set up your laptop. On a live online cohort, the Join button in your dashboard opens the class on Google Meet shortly before it starts.
What if I miss a class?
Ask your instructor what you missed and catch up from the lesson materials in your dashboard. Attendance counts toward completion, so try not to make a habit of it — each course lists the minimum attendance required for a certificate.
What do I need to take part?
A laptop — brought to every class if you are face to face, or with a steady internet connection if you are online. Everything else — registering, paying, checking your schedule and submitting work — also works on a phone.
