Common questions
How do I enrol?
Choose a course, pick a cohort with seats available, create an account and pay. The whole process takes a few minutes and works on a phone.
What happens if a cohort is full?
Join the waiting list. If someone withdraws we contact the next person in the queue, and you get a fixed window to claim the place before it moves on.
Can I move to a different cohort?
Yes, if the cohort you want has room and it has not already started. Contact support and we will move you.
How do I pay?
By Mobile Money — MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo — or by debit or credit card, through Hubtel. You will get a prompt on your phone to approve the payment.
Can I pay in instalments?
On cohorts that offer a payment plan, yes. You will see the options at checkout, typically a deposit followed by one or two further payments. You get access as soon as the first payment clears.
My payment failed. Have I lost my place?
No. A failed payment leaves your enrolment pending and your seat held for the reservation period shown on screen. Retry from your dashboard — you do not need to fill in the form again.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you can download or print it from your dashboard at any time.
How do I join a class?
From your dashboard. The Join button becomes active shortly before the class starts and opens the meeting in a new tab. You do not need to keep a link anywhere.
What if I miss a class?
The recording is posted afterwards. Attendance counts toward completion, so try not to make a habit of it — each course lists the minimum attendance required for a certificate.
What do I need to take part?
A phone or laptop and a reasonable internet connection. Courses in the Build track need a laptop for the practical work; the course page says so plainly.
